What is Fast Bid Auctions?
Fast Bid Auctions is an online public auction company specializing in farm and construction equipment, tools, vehicles, and more. Open to the public — free to register, bid, and buy.
Who can participate in your auctions?
Anyone 18 years or older can register and bid. Our auctions are open to the public.
Registration & Bidding
How do I register for an auction?
Create a free account on our website to get started. After setting up your account, you’ll need to register for each auction by agreeing to the terms and conditions and submitting a $1 deposit. This deposit is simply a verification check to confirm your payment method — it’s immediately released back to you and will not appear as a charge on your bank statement. Once registered, you’re ready to start bidding.
Does it cost money to register or bid?
No, registration and bidding are free, but we do need to have a credit card on file with a $1 refundable deposit. A 15%buyer’s premium may apply on winning bids (details provided in each auction’s terms).
Can I place bids on my phone?
Yes, our online platform is mobile-friendly so you can bid anytime, anywhere, whether you're on your phone, tablet or computer.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cashier's checks, wire transfers, cash or credit cards. For credit card payments we can only accept up to $7,500. The remainder will need to be paid with a different method. Please bring the physical card and a matching ID so we can process your card
When is payment due?
All invoices must be paid within 3 business days of auction close unless arranged. Payment must be made before pick-up.
Pick-Up & Shipping
How do I pick up the items I win?
Items must be picked up by 10 business days. Fast Bid locations are open weekdays from
9am - 4pm. Additionally auction pick-up locations are generally open the first Saturday after an auction.
To avoid longer wait times, it's best to let the Fast Bid team know when you plan on picking up your items so that we can organize and group your items together for easy pick-up.
For heavier items we can use a fork lift to help load your items for transport.
Please note: items not picked up within 10 business days may be subject to storage fees.
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Items are local pick-up only. We do not offer delivery or shipping but a lot of our customers use uShip to transport their bigger items.
Item Condition
Are items guaranteed to work?
All items are sold as-is and represented with multiple photos so buyers can review condition before bidding. While we’d love to thoroughly inspect and test every item, with 500+ lots in each auction, we simply don’t have the manpower, time, or sometimes the electrical accessibility to make that feasible. Please note that even brand-new or unused items are not guaranteed to work. We do our best to provide clear, detailed listings, and we also offer preview days before each auction where you’re welcome to inspect items in person. Our team is also happy to answer questions by phone.
Can I inspect items before bidding?
Yes, we offer a preview day the Saturday before each auction. Details are posted in the auction listing.
Selling with Fast Bid
Can I sell items through your auctions?
Yes! We accept consignments of equipment, vehicles, tools, and more. Contact us to discuss what you’d like to sell. You can also check out our "Consignments" page here on our website for more information.
What fees apply if I sell through Fast Bid?
Unlike other auction companies, there are ZERO consignment fees with Fast Bid Auctions. What your item sells for is what you will receive.
